This is the fourth time we’ve had lunch here it’s absolutely fantastic and never lets us down, so much so that we always come here if we have visitors and want a reliable, cost friendly lunch with great service. This time I had the steak pudding it was delicious. Lovely outside area for drinks.

Popped in for a meal Tuesday evening. The restaurant was booked out for a group but they had no issue with us ordering food in the bar. Ordered the salt & pepper chicken which came with half rice and half chips. The chips were spot on, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The rice was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tasty and the star of the show was the curry sauce. Really tasty. Highly recommended.

I haven’t eaten here for years and decided to try the Sunday roast. I wasn’t disappointed. Really enjoyed the meal and the to follow had the chocolate fondant. The staff were lovely and efficient and we’ll definitely go again.
